Organized by Rooted, UN Refugee Agency UNHCR and De Hoorneboeg, this one-day festival invites you to join, share (your) stories and be inspired by others as we collectively explore themes as migration, identity and belonging. Rooted Festival is for people with ánd without a migration background. It is a place to together build a collective home in the Netherlands with room for all our identities.
Set in nature, Rooted Festival offers a full program of: engaging workshops, thought-provoking films, and inspiring music performances. The line-up for 2026 is yet to be confirmed. The 2025’s line-up included: Ikenna Azuike, Kenny B, Glenn Helberg, Sholeh Rezazadeh, ÁMÀL Ensemble, Esmah Lahlah and many more.
