Rooted supports organizations move beyond diversity as representation and inclusion as policy. Through workshops, dialogue and reflection, we help teams build stronger connections across differences and create workplace cultures where people can participate authentically. Our Offerings
In-house support
Ranging from 2-hour workshops to multi-day facilitation, we offer customized experiences that leave you feeling strongly rooted, as an individual and collective. In the past we’ve worked with organizations such as Kraft Heinz, Triodos, YEP, Sterk voor Noord and others.

Full group/team weekend
As part of an annual outing or deep-dive, you can book a two-day Rooted weekend for your team or community (up to 20 participants). In addition to the impact on individuals, this can help create a sense of unity and bring the team members closer together.

Companies can use their personal development or wellbeing budgets to offer employees with a migration background the opportunity to participate in a Rooted group weekend. Our Rooted speakers share authentic, personal stories of rooting in the Netherlands. They illustrate how this process affects people and why a team and society in which everyone can feel at home is a shared responsibility. They show what is revealed when you no longer have to adapt, when you can embrace all your layered identities, and draw strength from them. They share stories that move you, shake you up, warm your heart and spur you on to take concrete action. They encourage your team to play an active part in building a collective home, both in the workplace and in society at large.
