Family Constellation – Intergenerational Rooting Workshop with Rooted coach Sandra.
Systemic work is a way of understanding people as part of larger systems—like families, communities, or cultures—across space and time (temporal rooting). It looks at how past events, even from previous generations, shape present experiences (intergenerational rooting). Instead of focusing only on the individual, it helps us see how we are influenced by what came before us and by the networks we belong to now (social rooting). It’s not about fixing or judging what has happened, but about acknowledging: seeing things as they are, recognizing what has been, and understanding that we are part of a bigger whole.
Family constellations are a form of systemic work that make these wider influences visible and tangible. By placing elements of a system — such as family members, relationships, or themes — in space, hidden connections and underlying movements can gently come into view. This process does not aim to analyse or resolve, but to acknowledge what is present, allowing insight and understanding to emerge in their own time.
